Dr Andrew Morrice

Dr Andrew Morrice is a General Practitioner and human givens therapist. He was a partner in a practice serving an urban and rural population in Somerset for 18 years from 2000 to 2018 and is currently a locum GP, based in Scotland. He has had an interest in a broad approach to health, and in particular nutrition and health, stretching back 35 years.

In addition to his standard training posts and general practice work he has spent time as a Research Fellow in the History of Medicine, where he studied the development of professional ethics, and as a Clinical Assistant with United Bristol Hospital Trust providing a holistic NHS service for patients with a wide range of complex health problems.  He also lectured and facilitated small group learning for 15 years on the award winning Whole Person Care course for Medical Students at Bristol University. He started studying the Human Givens approach in 2003, and is now on the HGI Practitioner’s Register.
