Improving children’s mental health – for the long-term

Each month, HG News Editor, Carol Harper, explores how the HG approach can be applied – how it can help us to make sense of challenges, and improve the mental health and wellbeing of ourselves and those around us.

In February, Carol’s focus was children’s mental health – and how we can use the insights from the human givens approach to protect and improve it, not only during the current pandemic but for the long-term.  Carol also discusses childhood trauma and how it might be treated and overcome.  You can read Carol’s full article, Let the Children Play, here.
