	Specialist Areas: Working with anyone who wants to improve their emotional and mental health, whatever their diagnosis or condition. These areas include depression, anxiety, addictions, phobias, PTSD and OCD low self-esteem or low confidence and psychosis.

	Further Information: I work with organisations as well as individuals in managing stress and developing healthy, motivated staff. I have worked with people and famillies in crisis through: illness, relationship difficulties, post-natal depression, unemployment, alcohol and drug dependency, and debt. I have also worked extensively with young people and I hold an advanced CRB disclosure.
