We endeavour
to process all orders received within three working days. If any items
are out of stock, these will be dispatched as soon as possible (your
card will not be debited until we have the products available to send
to you).
Great care is taken with the
packing of mail orders, using bubble wrap mail bags so that they
arrive in the same condition they left our premises. Multiple orders
may arrive in more than one package.
Delivery Charges
UK ORDERS:
Our standard delivery is charged at £2.90 for the first item plus £1.20
per additional subsequent item. UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail.
OVERSEAS ORDERS (Europe and Rest of World):
Our standard delivery is charged at £5.15 for the first item plus £1.20
per additional subsequent item. All overseas orders are sent by airmail.
PLEASE NOTE: Certain
heavy items, such as hardback books, may carry an additional charge to
cover the extra postage cost. If this is the case, it is indicated on
the product's online shop individual information page and will be
included in the calculation for postage and packing charges when you
place your order.
